Abby+Neil

Mariann July 16th, 2008

Abby and Neil were looking for some funky urban settings for their engagement session so we roamed around Long Island City.

Not only we found some of the coolest graffiti in the city but Neil even got in the action himself!!

These two are so cool and awesome, I always have the best time hanging out with Abby and Neil!

Erin+Travis

Mariann June 26th, 2008

It was the greenest engagement session. Ever. :)

But it was so nice taking a little road trip away from the city and spend some time with Erin and Travis in Stony Brook. We did a little hiking, hang out with some ducks and frogs and searched for flower fields.

I had a great time! Thank you Erin and Travis!! :)

Nicole+Adam

Mariann June 7th, 2008

Nicole and Adam are not only a great looking and fun couple but they were also great sports about weathering the June heat and the 6+ million people in Central Park.

We were seriously considering jumping into the Bethesda fountain to cool down! :) But then it would have been a whole different session!!

Christine+Ted

Mariann May 5th, 2008

We started Christine and Ted’s engagement session at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden while it was still raining.

The rain brought out the amazing and vibrant colors of the garden.

By the time we got to DUMBO for the second part of the session the sun was out and the sky was blue.

Talk about crazy April weather!

:)

Christine and Ted are the nicest people and the camera loves them! Christine and I watch a lot of the same shows so we enjoyed discussing them. I had a wonderful time photographing them. Looking forward to their September wedding.

Ann+Matt

Mariann April 28th, 2008

Birds are chirping, trees are in full bloom and I started drinking iced coffee: it must be spring!!

I met up with Ann and Matt for their spring engagement session in Central Park on a gorgeous day and we all had a great time creating some lovely portraits.

Enjoy!

Ann+Matt

Mariann December 29th, 2007

Ann and Matt and I had to revise our plans for the outdoor engagement session twice due to Mother Nature and the weather it has sent our way. We decided to do the engagement session mostly indoor and we ended up with great and unique portraits. Some seasonal holiday decorations definitely helped to make the photos one of a kind!

Here are a few of my favorites.

Ann and Matt are completely natural in front of the camera and they photograph so well.

I am really looking forward to their summer Manhattan wedding.

Danielle+Chris

I had a wonderful time photographing Danielle and Chris’ engagement session.

Not only we all got to know each other a little, but I also got a personal tour of Huntington Village and nearby areas.

Danielle and Chris picked a great variety of spots and we took advantage of the gorgeous autumn foliage as well.

Here are some of my favorites from the many amazing shots of them. Enjoy.
