Alana and Ola said “I do”
Mariann October 13th, 2007
Alana and Ola got married in the Infant Jesus church in Port Jefferson and celebrated at Danfords on the Sound with friends and family.
We took advantage of the gorgeous October day on Long Island and did a lot of outside portraits of Alana, Ola and their wedding party.
The couple included some Swedish traditions in their wedding day such as seating people next to each other at the table who don’t know one another.
Alana and Ola rented a vintage Buick for the quick rides between the church and Danfords.
It was a wonderful day filled with love and laughter.
Here are some of my favorite moments.

Alana and Ola seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day.

Tilda, the flower girl and Ola’s god daughter.

Alana got not one, not two, but three wedding bands. Lucky girl!

Ola is off to the church with the rings.

Alana walking to the altar with her Mom.

The newlyweds.

The lanterns, personalized rocks and a little booklet about ALL the guests at the wedding, was all Alana and Ola’s ideas and hard work.

Tobbe, the best man had a very high tech, power point toast and speech that was a big hit.

The newlyweds are enjoying their honeymoon in Argentina.
Congratulations and best wishes to Alana and Ola!
